The Office of the Tribal Attorney, in coordination with the Office of Self-Governance and other departments within the Tribe, is working to assure that the traditional fishing and gathering rights of the Tribe and the other Tribes and tribal communities of the North Coast are not diminished by the State of California’s Marine Life Protection Act (MLPA) Initiative.
